this article took frm The Star, thursdy 18 february 2010 (last week)...it is about the wrong management of the recyclable material such as newspper, can, bottles and so on..
the houses r filled to the brim with recyclable items which r badly managed, emitting a stench, dirtying the neighbourhood area n creating health hazards to those staying nearby...
the recyclable items should be managed well, not like this..ok!!!!
